Grigol Robakidze University : Courses & Fees

GRUNI has an online application process for international students, with an application fee of $300 (non-refundable). The official admission steps are below.

• Submit the online application form.
• Get feedback on your application within 7 business days.
• Attend the entrance exam (if required) and the admissions interview.
• Receive preliminary approval, read the terms and conditions, and pay the application fee.
• Document processing for enrollment (up to 1 month).
• Receive the enrollment order, sign the agreement and pay the tuition fee (within 5 calendar days).
• Receive the official invitation letter.
• Apply for the D3 study visa.
• Plan your arrival and share your arrival details with the admissions officer.

Documents requested on the official application form for first-year students: passport, school certificate, notary-approved parent permission, and an international English certificate or a school document confirming that instruction was in English. A study residence permit should be applied for before the lawful stay expires, and the service fee is GEL 300, 450 or 600 depending on whether it is processed in 30, 20 or 10 calendar days.
